This brace is light and comfortable to wear and easy to fasten. It fits in my sneaker with a cotton sock on. While wearing it it definitely gives my Achilles tendon noticeable support. Only down side is wearing it to long will eventually get sore if you’re not resting it and walking around every now and then. I would highly recommend it to any one with ankle or Achilles issues.

These were recommended to me by my Pilates instructor. My sciatic nerve and sacral area have been very painful and a tight low back on top of it. Laying on these helped release the muscles and they’ve been the only thing that helps!
