I bought it for my husband to use for travel. It worked great because he could decide how much lumbar support he wanted. I just have to be sure he doesn't leave it behind on the plane!

The cervical rolls I ordered recently were much firmer and more to my liking than the last ones I ordered.

I find this brace very comfortable. I have severe pan carpal arthritis and when I am wearing it, I can do my favorite activities with very little pain. On and off road bicycling, down hill skiing, carpentry etc. Even if I'm not doing much of anything, if my wrist gets achy I put it on and the ache goes away.
It has some bulk to it.
Sometimes I can't fit narrow sleeves over it. But it sure keeps my wrist from bending and does not feel uncomfortable to me, and makes my wrist feel secure.
