Typographical Errors 
In the event that a Rehab Supply Shoppe product is out of stock or mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Rehab Supply Shoppe reserves the right to refuse to fill or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Rehab Supply Shoppe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been authorized or charged for the purchase and your order is refused or canceled, Rehab Supply Shoppe shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged when the order is canceled. If your credit card has not been charged, be advised that Rehab Supply Shoppe is not responsible for authorization holds issued by the buyer's credit card company.

NET 30 Full Terms and Policies 
Net 30 payment of the entire invoice is required within 30 days of the date of invoice. Late charges of 3% will be added monthly on balances over 30 days.


Termination 
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Rehab Supply Shoppe without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.
