Brownmed Polar Ice Wrap - The Polar Ice Wrap delivers the benefits of cryotherapy with compression for soft tissue trauma. By reducing pain and controlling edema or swelling, cold therapy allows faster return of normal function. Encapsulated (reusable/included) ice packs filled with purified water are encased in soft fleece material that eliminates migration of ice wrap during use. Use post-surgically, during rehabilitation and following physical activity.

Indications: To reduce muscle strains and swelling, control pain and promote healing when used according to your physician's instructions following surgery, injury or during rehabilitation. Provide pain relief for bruises, sprains or injuries requiring cold therapy.

Instructions for Use: Apply immediately following surgery to reduce pain and swelling. Continue to apply until dressing is removed. Following removal of dressing, apply Polar Ice Cold Therapy Support as needed.

Freezing: Place Polar Ice Cold Therapy Support and Ice Pack (if applicable) in freezer 1 ½ to 2hours. Optimum freezer temperature is 0º to 15º F (-18º to -10º C).

Care & Cleaning: Hand wash and air dry fabric wrap without ice inserts, where applicable. First remove ice packs and then hand wash with warm water and mild soap and lay flat to dry.

Storage: Polar Ice may be stored indefinitely in the freezer for immediate availability. For shorter duration cold therapy, the unit may also be refrigerated. For transporting to athletic events, a cooler with ice maintains the frozen units.

Warning: Cold therapy may cause frostbite if used improperly. Discontinue use and call your physician if skin becomes discolored or fails to regain normal color within 20 minutes following use.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. We shipped your order to the exact address you provided. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
